My Personal Path
If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re feeling stuck somewhere in life.
I know that feeling all too well — the confusion, the pressure, the frustration. For a long time, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. And even when I finally discovered my purpose, it still took me years to take real action.
Finding your purpose is only the beginning. The harder part? Actually getting into motion.
Especially, when your dreams feel far away from where you are now — or when your mind works a little differently than most.
As someone with ADD, I’ve struggled with overwhelm my entire life. When I realized that coaching was my calling — over eight years ago — I tried again and again to step into that path. But each time, I would freeze. I’d either get stuck overthinking all the steps or feel crushed under the weight of the expectations I had for myself.
People have always expected a lot from me, and I took that on. I set high standards. I saw the big picture… and that big picture often became a burden. I’d lose momentum before I even began.
But through those struggles, I learned.
And I grew.
Slowly but surely, I began to understand my mind, my patterns, and what it really takes to move forward when you feel stuck.
I believe coaching isn’t just about knowledge — it’s about experience.
You can read every book in the world, but true guidance comes from someone who’s walked the path themselves.
That’s why I started Path of You — to help others take the small, clear steps that lead to big change.
To remind you that you’re not broken. You’re just stuck — and that’s something we can work through.
If you’re ready to move forward, I’m here to help.
Let’s create your path — one step at a time.
